great stay near Gran Via
fast accessquiet roomscrowded breakfast
I found getting to the rooftop bar was really quick. the rooms were quiet, i liked that. the climate system in the room worked well. It kept the room nice and cool.
My experience was a bit hampered by the breakfast service. It was crowded. getting a coffee was surprisingly difficult despite plenty of staff. i had to wait longer than expected just to be seated.

I appreciated the rooftop bar. The panoramic views of the city were great. The location was also very convenient for exploring.
The main entrance locks at night. Returning late, I found myself unexpectedly unable to enter freely. I expected 24/7 unrestricted access from a hotel this size. It was a bit startling to be caught off guard like that.

i found my room very clean, which i really appreciate. the location is just amazing, in front of a major plaza. lots of restaurants and stores are nearby. walking around and exploring is easy because gran via is very close.
the rooftop bar had an entrance fee of 10 euro during the day and 20 euro at night for outside guests. even though we were guests, they only let us eat lunch there until 1 pm without paying that fee. i felt it was unfriendly since we spent a lot of money at the hotel already. i would say there were not many relaxing lounge areas to hang out in comfort.

i enjoyed the beautiful roof restaurant. its breakfast buffet provided an abundant, delicious spread. i loved the pool, but the view was amazing!

my beautiful king room was very clean, and i liked it a lot. the breakfast was great, it had a wide variety of options, including fresh fruit. i had priority access to the rooftop because i was a hotel guest, it was a real plus.
The corridors felt soulless, this made me sad. the policy regarding packages was strange. They refused to hold a small parcel because it was arriving before my arrival. the lack of flexibility was not nice.

The pool was surprisingly SMALL for such a large hotel. the main entrance locks at night. I could not enter freely around 3 am.
